2024 New Media Arts Student Show
Tuesday, May 14th
4:30-6:30pm @Kapiʻolani Community College
Carteous
Kapiʻolani New Media Arts Animation cohort's capstone project taps into world culture in this year's Practicum short, Carteous. Through their combined efforts, five animators—Eric Chituck, Ian Hill, Emily Padia, Janae Taclas, and Amanda Young—collaborated for just over a year to breathe life into their work. Their efforts are a testament to the creativity and dedication of the animators, under the guidance and support of their dedicated instructor, Jake Shimabuku.
We kindly invite you to immerse yourself in the world of our 2024 New Media Arts Animation Practicum short film, Carteous. Should you wish to share your thoughts, questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at animate@hawaii.edu.
